We offer a free telephone consultation prior to booking any appointments to see how we can help you.
A Standard Base Level Package starts from £495.00 for vitamin D test, an Initial Consultation, Second Consultation and Two Follow-ups
All fees are invoiced after the initial consultation and Fleur Borrelli reserves the right to cancel pre-booked sessions where full payment has not been made.
Consultations take place in the following clinics:
Tuesday to Saturday 8 am until 8 pm at Bodies Under Construction, The Riverside Health Club, Chiswick, London W4 2SX
Monday from 8am until 10 pm (and thereafter by special request from the client on an ad hoc basis) at The Putney Clinic of Physical Therapy, 266 Upper Richmond Road, Putney, London SW15 6TQ.
Block Appointment Bookings
Discounted block appointment bookings are available however all payments are required in advance and are non-refundable. Fleur Borrelli does not offer refunds for clients who decide to terminate their treatment before carrying out their pre-paid block booking.
Due to demand for this clinic and to protect our valued clients, we have a strict cancellation process in place. Cancellation with 48 hours-notice 50% fee will be invoiced to the client Cancellation with 24-hours notice 100% fee will be invoiced to the client. Fleur Borrelli reserves the right to cancel courses or consultations in unavoidable situations and full refunds (pro-rata) will be made.
How can I pay for my sessions
We offer a direct payment facility at no extra charge where you simply pay your bill direct online. We also accept personal cheques, cash, or credit cards on the day of your appointment. For ongoing appointments we are happy to invoice you at the end of each month and would appreciate payment within seven days of receipt. All major credit cards are accepted and we will ask you to pay monthly in advance by credit card or standing order with all mentoring clients. We reserve the right to debit outstanding payments from the payment details we have on file for you where our invoices aren’t met by the due date
Late Payment Charges
Where invoiced fees are not paid within 7 days a reminder invoice will be sent. If payment is not made in full within a further seven days the life practice reserve the right to charge an administration charge of £25 for every subsequent reminder letter sent. Fleur Borrelli also reserves the right to add an interest rate of 2.5% to all outstanding balances outstanding for 14 days from date of first invoice. If payment remains unpaid for more than four weeks the debt will be forwarded to our collection team for settlement. This may involve using outsourced debt recovery agencies.
We would always strongly advise for you to contact us if you are having problems settling your account as so to avoid unnecessary charges being incurred.
Additional charges will be made for copy statements/ Invoices and further itemised receipts and will be charged at £15.00 per item. Payment will need to be made in advance of fulfilment.
International Payments: We accept international bank transfers, bank drafts and bank cheques
Success of recommended treatments and therapies depend entirely on an individual’s commitment to attending sessions and following action plans agreed between the practitioner and client.
Fleur Borrelli is a member of The British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). BANT is regarded as the professional association that represents the seal of excellence for nutritional health professionals and is recognised for Nutritional Therapy by the voluntary regulator, the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). She is also a member of The European association for clinical psycho-neuro-immunology. The organisation represents the interests of patients, professionals and scientists of the special field of clinical psychoneuroimmunology. The clinical psychoneuroimmunology (cPNI) is a continuously growing interdisciplinary science which deals with the complex interrelations between health and illness integrating this knowledge of these two into the clinical day-to-day routine.
